End of January, a sample of the population of Kortrijk, Waregem, Wevelgem, Zwevegem Harelbeke will receive a survey at home. The questionnaire made by the municipalities and Memori-KHMechelen measures which municipal services citizens need, and which channels they prefer.

The results of the study will be the basis for local and regional e-government policy in the coming years. The first results of this research project are expected in the spring. Leiedal cares for the data input and the guidance through this research project. Memori is responsible for the survey, the analysis and the reporting.

The City of Osterholz-Scharmbeck carried out similar research during 2009.
