The Smart Cities regional academic network proposed a work plan on the Steering Committee in December 2009. In 2010 the network will deliver two formative evaluation reports, a range of transnational academic papers, and commission a summative evaluation for the project.
There will be work on E-Government standards, the EU service list, authentication, privacy/data sharing, accessibility standards for websites, process modelling, using personas, customer journey mapping, costing resources and service delivery, measuring business improvement and co-design.
Memori is developing an online self assesment tool for local governments.
This academic work will be disseminated during the year via the Epractice community and other channels.
